Your Wedding, Your Way – Our Bespoke Process

We usually start with a no-obligation consultation — a relaxed chat where you can share your style, inspiration, and vision for the big day. If you're comfortable, we’ll also talk about your budget and how to make the most of it. It’s a chance to get excited, talk through all your ideas, and offload everything that's been swirling around in your head. We love hearing it all — the mood boards, the colour palettes, the must-haves — and beginning to shape your bespoke styling journey.

Once we’ve gathered all your ideas, we’ll put together a detailed estimate. This gives you a clear picture of the costs and allows you to tweak anything before moving forward. If everything looks spot on and you’re happy to go ahead, we’ll ask for a small deposit to secure your date — that way, it’s all yours and no one else can snap us up! We’ll then send over your official quote. And don’t worry — we know plans evolve, so you can make changes right up until four weeks before the big day.

While you enjoy sipping champagne with your friends and family, we'll be hard at work making your vision a reality. Our team will arrive on the morning of the wedding (as early as possible!) to begin decorating and styling your beautiful venue. If necessary, we can remain throughout the day to rearrange the space, reposition any props, and relight those candles. We'll ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, collaborating closely with your venue and coordinator to ensure your day is uninterrupted.

You've had the time of your life, your head is a bit fuzzy, the last thing you need is to be packing candles away and folding chair drapes - that's what we're here for! We'll disband everything on the morning after, clean all the props and store everything away ready for their next time to shine. You can just enjoy your first morning as married couple, reminiscing on the amazing day you've just had (or devouring that hangover McMuffin).
