We start with an initial consultation - an opportunity for you to share your style, inspiration and theme. We love chatting about all your ideas and what you envisage your big day to look like. It's a moment to get excited and offload everything to us.
Our pricing includes an in-person meeting at your venue where we'll walk, chat, and brainstorm your perfect day. We'll take notes and draw up plans so that on the day, everything is absolutely spot-on, just like you imagined it. If needed - we can arrange a time and place to collect any props too.
We'll swoop in on the morning of your big day, ready to transform your venue into a dream. And if you need us to stay and turn the room around - making sure everything is spot on, from rearranging props to relighting those candles. We'll work with your venue and co-ordinator so we won't make a fuss and just let the day flow!
We'll dress up your venue in the morning with your own props, making sure the ceremony & reception spaces are all set up just the way you want it! This package is perfect if you're holding your ceremony and reception in separate areas.
The ultimate package if you're using the same space for your ceremony and reception. We'll be there to turn the space around, moving props & relighting those candles so everything is ready for your reception.
Please Note - Disbanding the following day is not included in the price but we can offer this service at an additional charge.
We usually start with a no obligation consultation - an opportunity for you to share your style, inspiration and theme. If you're happy to, we can also talk about your budget and how to make the most of it. We love chatting about all your ideas and what you envisage your big day to look like. It's a moment to get excited and offload everything to us.
Once we have all your ideas down, we'll draw up an estimate for you. This gives you a chance to see the facts and the figures and make any changes you need to. If we've hit the nail on the head and you're happy with everything, we'll ask for a small deposit to secure your date in the diary so no one else can have us and we'll send you over an official quote. But don't worry, you can still amend any details right up until 4 weeks before your big day!
Whilst you're busy drinking champers with your besties, we'll be busy bringing your vision to life. We'll arrive the morning of the wedding ( as early as they'll let us!) and start dressing and styling your stunning venue. If needed, we can stay on the day to turn the room around, move any props and relight those candles. We'll be busy in the background and work closely with your venue and co-ordinator so we don't interrupt any part of your day.
You've had the time of your life, your head is a bit fuzzy, the last thing you need is to be packing candles away and folding chair drapes - that's what we're here for! We'll disband everything on the morning after, clean all the props and store everything away ready for the next couple! You can just enjoy your first morning as married couple, reminiscing on the amazing day you've just had.
